Design Goals | My goal was to create a simple yet elegant piece of furniture that explores balance while also being functional. The use of contrasting materials adds visual interest while creating a sense of floating and movement within the design.

Final Direction
The final orthographic allowed for clear communication of height, length and width dimensions.
Woodworking
During the building process, I milled, planed, sanded, joined, dominoed, glued and drilled my wood. I had 4 legs, 2 shelves, 4 aprons, 4 support beams and 8 screws.
Product Render
Using Fusion 360, I designed my table with precise measurements to create a clear and simple rendering. I then used KeyShot to explore materiality.
